This position is responsible for understanding the financial operations and processes for the business units. Provide assistance with developing daily reporting and analysis. This position will participate in process evaluation, ad hoc reporting, and various metric responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and analyze reports on a weekly basis Support ERP reporting to track key process indicators (KPI) and manage business processes Create and manage the development, implementation, and management of large amounts of data Create ad hoc reports as requested Coordinate with the various organizations within wireless network systems to document processes Provide analysis to improve business processes Background/Experience: A Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or Financial related field from a four-year college or university. 1-2 years in the area of data or financial analysis Experience with MS tools- advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience in Microsoft Access/Visio a plus. Necessary Skills/Attributes: Demonstrated ability to interact primarily with peers, supervisors, with local and remote STA departments and HQ Korea. Work cooperatively in a teamwork environment. The ability to occasionally interface with senior management for information exchange. Ability to analyze, make judgments, decisions and recommendations for the application of daily functional practices. The ability to apply constructive thinking and imaginative solutions to solve complex systems and software application problems and to deal with differing situations. Ability to read, and communicate in writing complex technical matters, through manuals, operating procedures, email, reports, or orally, with an audience that may include less technically oriented abilities. Can adopt to immediate time constrained deadlines. End of Month Activities Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal more than 90% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character/color distinction, and moderately high hand/finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Perform work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical and including: time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and project management Stress. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PC?s, printers, computer rooms and office work areas. Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule.Position receives little supervision and the work is governed by clearly defined objectives, rules, guidelines and often-monitored functional direction.
