Management experience is required and a desire to deliver customer service excellence is the real key. This full-time job offers full benefits and a base salary, PLUS an excellent bonus program! Must be a team player and be willing to follow our sales process, be able to train and coach, have the ability to accept training and coaching, and ability to manage multiple activities at once all while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required, 4 year College degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years previous personnel management or supervisory experience is required, preferably in a face-to-face Sales environment.
• Basic understanding of math concepts specifically related to vehicle purchases (i.e. down payments, regular payments, principal and interest) is required.
• Strong verbal in-person & telephone communications, good customer service, problem-solving & independent work skills.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment criminal background & motor vehicle records inquiries, and results of those inquiries must be consistent with company standards. Also, driving record must be acceptable to our insurance carrier.
• Must be willing to work evenings & Saturdays
