Skilled Trades, a Construction Staffing Company(www.skilledtrades.com), is looking for a Service Representative to maintain established relationships and to grow the area with potential prospects and existing clients in our Kansas City Market. As a fast growing entrepreneurial Company, we are looking for a career minded individual capable of growing the region through new client sales, customer relations and recruiting. Base salary(25k-30K), great commission plan, car allowance, company paid cell phone, and field tools (laptop, Ipad, wireless card) for success.

REQUIREMENTS
-Establish and maintain new and existing client relationships, including the preparation and negotiation of contractual agreements, as well as revisions, additions and changes.
-Inform Operations Team of new customer relationships and respective staffing needs. Oversee and assist in determining available job assignments, recruitment and applicant screening processes per client requests and bio distribution.
-Must be available to travel within Region according to prospect and clients schedules and needs.
-Direct and coordinate accurate CRM entry of local region prospect/clients data and submission of paperwork.
-Maintain communication with job sites to evaluate staffing needs and assess continued client satisfaction.
-Be comfortable with Recruiting, Interviewing, salary negotiations and employee relations.
