The Customer Service Representative will receive customer orders, place customers orders into web portal, trace the progress of customer orders, notify customers of any problems or delays and answer customer questions and concerns all while documenting accordingly.

Job Requirements

Successful candidates will have:- Excellent verbal & written communication skills- Previous customer service experience- Good keyboarding skills while working on multiple computer screens and toggling computer programs- Experience in Microsoft Office products- The ability to work 40 hours a week with an 8 hour shift from 7:30am-8:00pm, including one weekend day per week with one weekday off- The ability to speak English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
