Job Description

Office Manager - Direct Hire


We are seeking a full-time Office Manager with a dynamic personality to join our clients growing team. Qualified applicants will have at least 2 years’ experience, be highly efficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), well organized, have the ability to multi-task, and possess exceptional organizational skills and phone skills.


The Office Manager will perform routine office support activities including but not limited to:

•  Assist the President, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service teams on an as needed basis

•  Manage all incoming phone calls and direct them as appropriate to team members

•  Interact with HME/DME Providers

•  Maintain and update phone system with vendor

•  Obtain the mail on a daily basis and distribute accordingly

•  Data entry into customer management system

•  Route customer payments as needed

•  Inventory/Ordering of all office supplies

•  Coordinate travel arrangements

•  Bookkeeping duties to include posting and reconciling as well as other various tasks

•  Payroll of employees

•  Coordinate company meetings, securing conference room and ordering lunches

•  Oversee all daily operations in accordance with company standards

•  May serve as human resources liaison on an as needed basis

•  Perform other general administrative duties as needed


 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements


• A two or four year college degree

•  At least 2 years of prior administrative duties 

•  Type 50+ WPM

•  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ACT (helpful but not necessary), Quickbooks (helpful but not necessary)

•  Professional and personable disposition

•  Outgoing personality, will be the voice of the company

•  Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
