Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

The restaurantGeneral Manageris responsible for the overall management of the restaurant daily operations.

• Maximize guest loyalty by promoting hospitality
• Run a cost effective and quality operation
• Promote, support and encourage local marketing and catering to increase restaurant sales

Qualifications:

• 2 years restaurant management experience
• ServSafe Certification required
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company quality standards Analyze, manage and control sales, profit and loss according to company standards and objectives
• Consistently developing new business and growing the operation
• Ensure compliance with employment law, safety regulations and all company policies and procedures during all shifts
