We are currently hiring for a warehouse general laborer positions for an upcoming project in Olathe, KS.  This is an outstanding temp to hire, entry level opportunity with a reputable cable equipment company. 

Job Description:

Order pulling, shipping and receiving, cable cutting, General packaging of production in a warehouse environment.

Forklift/warehousing consistently.

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED - employee seeking career and permanent position with benefits. Evaluations/raises annually.
• Must have forklift/warehousing experience.
• Valid drivers license, ability to be certified for forklift.
• Excellent communication skills, basic reading, writing and  math skills. 
• Technical skills – able to handle consistent heavy lifting , working extended shift hours when required and strong organizational skills. .
•  Teamwork – Exhibits objectivity/openness to others’ ideas and try new things.
• Ethics – Works with integrity , must be able to pass Spartan Staffing assessments, work history that is verifiable.
• Organizational Support – Follows policies and procedures, safety awareness,  a fast pace environment, must wear safety equipment safety glasses and steel toe boots.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and back ground check.( no misdemeanors or felonies)

Pay range : $9.00 per hour to start, $10.00 upon permanent hire.

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday.  Shift typically starts at 8:00 am to 5 pm
