Job Description
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Details the specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Identifies and evaluates systems and procedures. Configures system settings and options, plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing, and creates specifications for systems. Acts as a liaison between development groups and business units.
- Position supports technical management of data processing and warehousing used in business critical forecasting models including involuntary churn, write-off, bad debt, and credit optimization.
- Position supports technical server specifications and maintenance that supports the data architecture and infrastructure needed to meet clients immediate and long-term information needs.
- Position is a lead system programmer providing guidance and technical support to other system analyst on the team to help meet quality, consistency, and reliability standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
- Three years experience in information systems programming
- Three years experience in systems specification or structured analysis
- Three years experience with project or process management
- SAS Server and SAS Software Experience
- Data Warehouse Architecture Design Experience
