Collections Representative Job in Overland Park, KS 

 

We have multiple job openings for Collections Representatives in Overland Park, KS. This position is responsible for making collections calls on delinquent accounts to collect payments and settle accounts. 

 

The Collections Representative job duties and responsibilities include: 

- Make calls to delinquent customers/clients to collect payments 

- Manage assigned accounts and follow up 

 

Qualifications: 

- MUST have 3+ years of collections experience 

- High school diploma 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

- Must be reliable and able to work in a team environment
