We invite you to consider INVISTAs Back to Asia program, which provides high-potential individuals with an understanding of our global businesses. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities and fulfill your potential. We are currently seeking candidates who are proficient in Mandarin and English to fill roles in INVISTAs Finance organization. This job will be based at our corporate headquarters in Wichita, Kansas, for approximately a period of 1 year from date of hire, with the intention of relocating to Shanghai/China after the first year. Visas or work permits are not offered; however, moving assistance will be considered for the relocation to Shanghai/China.
Each role will have its own responsibilities. Examples of such responsibilities may include:
- Providing input and recommendations for business decisions.
- Preparing monthly analysis of working capital highlighting profitable areas for improvement
- Supporting financial reporting processes, including production of financial statements, value-add analysis, and management discussion and analysis
- Preparing earnings forecasts, variance analysis and other ad-hoc analysis requested by management
- Recommending opportunities for process improvement and simplification
- Developing working relationships with other parts of the organization to better understand their needs
- Validating business projects, NPV analysis, and preparation of management presentations
- Building reporting and analysis tools using various data and reporting systems
- Managing government and corporate reporting requirements
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business related field
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics with a minimum of 9 hours of accounting course work completed
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Ability to provide Employee Authorization Documentation through Occupation Practical Training (OPT) / Academic Training
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal. Applicants will be required to demonstrate proficiency during the selection process
- Ability to provide original documents which verify your identity and legally authorized right to work in China as part ofINVISTAs Back to Asia program.
