Procurement Counselor The Wichita State University Kansas Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), located in Wichita, KS, assists businesses with locating, obtaining and performing government contracts. Kansas PTAC is seeking a candidate for a procurement counselor position. To be considered for the position, applicants must provide a cover letter, resume and three professional related references with an annotation as to the appli- cants relationship with each reference. Qualifications include a bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably in a related field; two years of work related experi- ence, skill, or knowledge, such as contracting and government procurement experience; must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident to comply with ITAR; and a valid drivers license.
