ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and strategic marketing specialist to define, develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive acquisition and growth in brick and mortar stores and online.
We are in a growth phase and by joining us now, you will have a unique opportunity to put your stamp on the success of our business. The successful candidate must have an obsessive focus on meeting our customer’s needs and success will be measured solely on the impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
You will have several different target audiences to engage with – from front window tellers to the CEO and to everyone in between such as the Accounting, IT and Analytics.
This position will be strategic and analytical with the ability to think outside the box and drive new unique approaches. You must be very proactive and continuously seeking new opportunities to improve targeting to drive acquisitions, revenue and win market share. The high performing individual needs to have demonstrated success with influencing and delivering results with cross functional business units.
Lastly you are never in neutral and move the needle every day.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development, management and the end to end delivery of financial services marketing programs and advertising in support of business priorities.
- Support the development of financial services marketing plans for recommended programs; programs should reflect a unique and innovative marketing position to engage and increase relevance/recognition in the marketplace.
- Works closely with the Director in developing the annual marketing budget and coordinates the management of the overall budget.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure effective end-to-end execution of all marketing and complimentary activities, on time and within budget.
- Coordinates the creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials.
- Coordinates advertising schedules and placement.
- Reviews specification sheets, obtains and prepares bids, and acts as liaison with vendors in such areas as delivering marketing material, scheduling proofs, and meetings.
- Compiles and produces sales and marketing reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
