Warehouse at Olathe

Job Description

Company in Olathe is looking for hardworking dependable workers to work at their state of the art distribution center.

Order Pickers:Sort and group customer orders and use a hand held scan gun to locate correct aisles of merchandise within the warehouse. Use a step ladder and cart to pull products from warehouse shelving or garments on hangers. Place merchandise into cartons or totes and set on an outbound conveyor.

Packing and Wrapping:
Wrap and ship orders including gift orders. Prepare customer orders for shipping. Bubble wrap, tissue paper, prepare order as a gift: gift wrap or gift box, in a fast pace production environment. Lift full cartons off an inbound conveyor and place completed orders onto an outbound conveyor.
Pay Rate: 
$8.00 hourly
Plus Production Incentive Bonus of up to an extra $3.50 per hour!

Job Requirements

Ability to lift 30 lbs. repetitively 

Desire and ability for cross-training

Ability to work overtime on short notice including weekends 

Prior order selector experience

Prefer individual with assembly-line operating experience and warehouse experience 

Previous warehouse experience a plus 

Must have a sense of urgency and be quality-oriented, flexible and open to new ideas

Strong listening skills with attention to detail and accuracy Approachable and open to feedback. High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
