Job Description

General Summary:
Watco Companies has an opening for a Senior Financial Analyst in its Corporate Finance department. This position will be a critical
member of the Corporate Finance Department, and will be responsible for financial and operational analysis and modeling, assisting
with M&A activity, and management and analysis of Watcos capital structure. This position will report directly to the Head of
Corporate Finance & Treasury, and will also interact with other members of the Corporate Finance & Treasury and Accounting teams,as well as senior Watco management.

The position requires a proactive, highly-energized individual who can prioritize and manage tasks to completion. Strong interpersonal
skills and the ability to think critically are also crucial to this position. The candidate needs to be flexible and able to multi-task. Strong
financial and excel modeling skills are required. Candidate must also be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, loosely structured
environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Financial and operational analysis and modeling, including pro-forma impacts related to potential acquisitions or
changes in financing structure
Valuation of acquisition and other strategic opportunities using standard methodologies and structures
Assist in the development and support of the Companys corporate strategy and processes relating to corporate
finance and M&A
Significant role in the overall M&A and due diligence process, including management of day-to-day interactions
between internal personnel, external advisors, and various counterparties
Ongoing credit facility review and management, necessitating a detailed understanding of the Companys capital
structure, related credit agreements, and covenant compliance
Capital structure modeling and analysis
Interactions with current and potential sources of capital
Involvement in the Companys budgeting and forecasting process
Detailed review and update of relevant financial, industry, and competitive market dynamics
Analysis of data, trends, and metrics to understand, communicate and address issues or opportunities
Leading or assisting in other special projects and analysis as needed
