Job Classification: Direct Hire Aerotek is currently hiring for a high-tech startup in the Kansas City area that is experiencing a large amount of growth. Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join the team on a full time basis. Position will be in a large manufacturing environment and involve working with a growing team to improve processes and efficiency in high-speed production. Qualified candidate will have at least 3 years of Professional Experience.Requirements:-Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering + 3 years of Professional experience. For the right candidate, can consider 6+ years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in lieu of degree.-Strong Knowledge/Experience with Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Principles. Six Sigma Green Belt preferred, but not required.-Candidate must be self motivated and driven to thrive in a start up environment.-Seeking candidates with a strong desire to be the point person in the plant when it comes to Manufacturing processes. Seeking a strong leader to join a growing team and help it grow to the next level.This position will offer a great foot in the door with a company that is preparing to more than triple in size.
