The person holding this position will be primarily responsible for supervising and directing the daily activities of the US C&I customer service team.Daily monitoring of the CSR group reports such as shipped not posted, open order, and late orders. Makes decisions to take action as appropriate on issues that impact the customer.Manages and handles overflow of orders during peak periods and vacation of CSRs.Monitors CSR daily workload. Redistributes workload if unbalanced based on best information and available staff. Manages the resource plan to ensure adequate CSR coverage to provide customer service that meets service expectations.
