Job Description

Scope of Work for Contract Specialist :
Contract Specialist I will negotiate business arrangements, perform reviews of agreements and draft contract terms and conditions, which may include Master Purchase Agreements, Software License Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, and Maintenance and Support Agreements. Establishing and maintaining boilerplate contract templates, ensuring that goods and services are contracted for in accordance with company policies and procedures, participating in evaluating supplier performance, and contributing toward the management of suppliers, participating in contract dispute and resolution processes. General business and contract negotiation skills, understanding of business and legal processes, contract writing skills. Highly effective oral and written communication skills, ability to work effectively independently and with teams, project planning and implementation skills. Requires 2-5 years of related work experience. High School diploma or equivalent required.

The Contract Specialist I will be responsible for:
Answering phone calls in a high call volume environment.
Inputting ticket data into customer database for updates and escalations
Maintaining quality and cycle-time against predetermined objectives.
Adherence to team methods and discipline.

Qualifications for Contract Specialist: Skills, Experience and Education:
Strong legal and financial acumen.
Strong customer orientation.
Ability to multi-task and meet objectives against aggressive timeliness.
Contract Specialist should have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Bachelors degree, preferably in a business, real estate, management, or telecommunications field, or a minimum of four years of progressive experience in a related field.
