SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
The Marketing Operations Analyst analyzes local market trends and industry best practices for local campaign management. This position facilitates the flow of information regarding local customer penetration, acquisition, and retention statistics at regular intervals. This position also enhances the local marketing teams ability to be responsive to competition through fast track marketing campaigns and local limited time offers. The Marketing Operations Analyst is proactive and self-directed, yet able to work as part of a close-knit team.
Responsibilities:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, execute, and analyze campaigns that support the local marketing plan/programs and complement the national plan/programs.
- Create and manage customer target lists for campaigns or research.
- Understand the various customer segments in the local market and develop campaigns to effectively target those customer groups.
- Develop and edit personalized content/copy for the targeted customer groups/segments.
- Develop or, if applicable, work together with the Marketing Design Coordinator (OpCo), and create cohesive collateral that portrays the theme, message, and promotional material using language, style, and graphics appropriate for the desired audience.
- Support the Local Marketing Manager (OpCo) by reviewing and advising on marketing plan effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data on local market demographics, competitors, and consumer trends.
- Analyze campaign metrics to enhance marketing ROI and increase customer satisfaction.
- Execute the local marketing plan, as well as any events.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.PREFERRED EDUCATION:Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; or 2-4 years experience and training in marketing analytics or marketing finance; or equivalent education and experience.ABILITIES AND SKILLS:- Understand SAP CRM and how to effectively use the tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including an understanding of the local market demographics and economic trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communications skills .
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple jobs, timelines, and work within tight deadlines.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access.
