Summary
This role supports the sales staff and installation team by processing transactions, ordering products, scheduling jobs, handling purchase orders from outside vendors and all administrative tasks related to each job. This position interacts with the outside sales team, designers, operation staff, project managers and supervisors.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Three to five years previous customer service experience in an administrative role
- Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- AS400 experience a plus, but not required
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-based atmosphere
- Possess proper phone etiquette, polite and professional communication skills
- Must be highly organized and possess strong time management skills
- Requires the ability to meet deadlines and work with little supervision
