VP of Business Development (Wound Care) at Wichita

Job Description

A large wound care organization is actively seeking a VP Business Development for our fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to join a leading company that offers opportunity for growth & success. We are seeking a VP Business Development to locate potential hospitals that are in need of outpatient wound care services in the Kansas area market.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identify new business needs by utilizing phone, email, marketing initiatives, and networking events to qualify prospective clients
  • Profile potential markets, hospitals and patient referral sources.
  • Initiate, develop and track contacts with new and existing clients, identify key decision makers, introduce Company capabilities and identify potential service opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings between key Company personnel and potential new and existing clients to promote marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate the client development process by providing information, promotional materials and advice to potential clients and act as liaison for the Company.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree inrelated fieldor a minimum five years of equivalent experience.
Minimum five years experience as a business development representative or related position with significant client contact specifically in Healthcare
Ability to motivate others and develop teamwork, excellent writing and speaking skills and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work well with others under deadline situations.
Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
Computer literate.
