Job Classification: Contract We have a need for a Bilingual Telephonic Registered Nurse in Overland Park, KS. This is a great opportunity for those looking for a non-traditional nursing position! Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Provides educational and clinical expertise to customers regarding program and protocol specific processes, documentation, and clinical coordination to be implemented throughout all phases of program cycle.2. Develops customized program and protocol specific education materials, which include but not limited to educational manuals, program documents, PowerPoint presentations, standardized forms, process flows, and procedures necessary for the fulfillment of contract program requirements.3. Implements of developed program and protocol specific educational materials and programs for field staff and contracted Registered Nurses to ensure the adherence to contracted program and protocol standards.4. Provides educational offerings to field personnel and support staff both internal and external to ensure adherence to assigned programs, clinical trials and quality standards.5. Manages multiple projects to meet established deadlines.6. Participates in customer meetings, including but not limited to investigator meetings, customer kick-off meetings, site meetings, and ongoing program specific meetings and conference calls. 7. Provides periodic internal quality audits to ensure program and protocol specific quality standards are met and completion of requested services is provided in a timely and effective manner. Periodic audits of completed reports include but not limited to initial referral, final referral, and visit report forms.8. Oversees all field employees, including Registered Nurses, in one or more of the following areas; data and specimen collection, sales support, clinical research, and clinical services.9. Supervises and trains assignment employees, conducts program reviews, and evaluates services for areas for expansion.
