Assisted Living Operator at Holyrood

Job Description

Plum Creek Plaza is looking for an Assisted Living Operator at our 16 bed assisted living community in Holyrood, KS. The Assisted Living Operator must have at least a CMA license and is responsible for overseeing quality resident care. This includes monitoring medication management, healthcare issues, resident safety, doctor’s orders, incident reports, etc. In addition, this position is responsible for leading, training and coaching the staff in this department.

Specific responsibilities include:

Supervising, training, and assisting in hiring staff

Scheduling and ensuring adequate staffing in accordance with policies, budgets and regulations

Conduct and oversee the completion of all resident assessments and administering medication

Coordinate resident care, activities, dining services, and facility maintenance

Act as care manager and resource person for residents and their families

Promote and help create the positive reputation of our community

Job Requirements

The right candidate will possess:

At least a CMA license

A people person, capable of managing diverse personalities, and projecting care and professionalism in all work related situations

Operator’s License may be obtained after hiring
