As a Recruiter I you will generate, qualify, and present candidates who are a good fit for the hiring needs of our clients. Your success will be primarily measured by the number of qualified candidates that you present for the position and the speed in which you do so.
Responsibilities:
Develops candidate interest for available positions and client companies
Provides results in reportable format
Database Mining
Performs queries and searches on databases for qualified candidates
Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters
Reads documentation provided and documents production
Talks to subject matter experts regarding the positions
Other administrative tasks as needed
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties
- At least 2 years experience in computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and database applications
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 6 months experience in recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
- At least 6 months experience in web-based applicant tracking systems
