Genesis10 is actively seeking a Customer Support Agent for a long term contract position within the oil and gas industry for our client located in Kansas City, KS.Description:
Our local client is looking for an entry-level support person to assist the Applications Support team and provide some administrative services.
Responsibilities:
- Front line support for service calls (referring to technician, detailed follow-up).
- Documentation of the current state of software licenses and renewals.
- Validation of weekly contractor/vendor time against objectives.
- Conversion of application documentation into consistent format for storage in OpenText.
- Documentation of all custom interface services/applications.
- Completion of tracking tickets for Oracle changes (STAT tickets).
Job Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office, Visio, etc.
- Detail-orientation, list and task management.
- Only W2 candidates will be considered for this position.
