Customer Service Representative -Outbound Sales(plus Commission)

Job Description

• Make outbound calls to exsisting customers to up-sell products and services.


• Place customer orders in computer system.


• Provide customers with product and service information.


• Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.


• Research billing issues if needed per customer request.

Your Qualifications
HS diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must pass background check
Basic keyboarding skills, and availability for weekend and holiday shifts
Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required for all positions!
Good listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Youll need to prove that you are reliablewell be counting on you.
