Press SupervisorQuad/Graphics is currently seeking a Press Supervisor to work in the Lenexa, KS plant. Daily shift management duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Assigning staff to press crews
• Attaining targets for safety, quality, production, waste, and cost
• Recommending equipment repairs, parts and supplies
• Coordinating activities with other pressroom supervisors for continuous operation
• Administering company policies and procedures
• Completing daily reporting requirements

Job Requirements

Press Supervisor

• Offset pressroom leadership experience
• Ability to assess technical aspects of press product to meet customer expectations
• Proven problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent interaction skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
