Sports Merchandising Company - Operations Supervisor at Junction

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consistently demonstrate a positive, professional image and behavior to all Assocates, Supervisors and Managers
• Communicate effectively and partner with all assoicates in an effort to improve quality, performance and safety
• Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills to include motivation, communication, change management and assoicate development
• Proficient in oral and written communications
• Ability to learn and retain a comprehensive understanding of all operating systems and processes
• Effectively manage the operational business unit and achieve high levels of process improvement, quality, productivity and safety
• Remain cognizant and consistent with company policies and procedures
• Ability to have a flexible schedule and work long hours as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business or related field or equivalent AND 2 years of related experience
• MS Excel and Word skills
• Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree AND 2 years of related experience
• Experience working in a retail or manufacturing distribution environment
