Inventory specialist needed -- Johnson County

Johnson County client needs an inventory specialist to support inventory mgt for offsite inventory. Will manage data at the serial number level with data integrity as a key focus. Will ensure security and accountability through transaction documentation, process and procedure verifications and system review. Conducts physical inventories and lead cycle counts (analyze and correct discrepancies when possible) and compile and document transactions. This position requires someone who can manage the intricacies of the business, encompassing sales ops and inventory mgt. Must be able ingest large amts of information and provide accurate data consistently. Essential duties include: transfer order entry, review and verify WIP to FG and ensure product is ready to ship, prepare weekly sellable inventory report for repair vendor, process sales orders, notify vendor for approval to ship, ensure month end acct requirements are met. A Bachelors degree is preferred and min 2 yrs exp with order entry or inventory tracking experience required. Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills and prefers competent in Access as well as a self starter, flexible, team player and thrive in an entrepreneurial growth oriented environment. Perm salary is 40-45k.

Job Requirements
