A-Line Staffing is looking for 20 Pharmacy Representatives in Lenexa, Kansas.

This Pharmacy Representative position is going to be Full-Time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. This position will be any 8 hour shift between the operating hours of 7:30AM-7:30PM. Job Description:

This Pharmacy Representative role will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls related to setting up specialty medication orders. They will work with medical providers, customers, and other pharmacy staff to ensure patients receive their specialty medication in a timely manner. Candidates should have a basic knowledge of prescriptions. Experienced either working in a pharmacy, physicians office, hospital, insurance company, call center in a similar role. Multitasking is a must. Will be also responsible for overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders. This includes verifying/reverifying insurance benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system; communicating and collecting copay amounts; obtaining authorizations/reauthorizations; and screening, identifying, resolving or deferring orders that have accounts receivable or clinical problems. This individual works with both internal and external customers to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and meet all financial and clinical requirements prior to fulfillment.

Job Requirements:

• Must have Pharmacy Technician training or experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Can Clear Drug Screen and Background check
