Assistant Client Service Specialist-Wichita at Wichita

Job Description

The Assistant Client Service Specialist position provides day to day account support to clients in the P&C middle market practice. 

Responsibilities:


Assist Client Management team in coordinating all aspects of client activities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to clients and underwriters via phone and email in a timely manner

Create new/renewal underwriting submissions and proposals

Enter and update policy and billing information to account management database

Process requests for insurance certificates and auto ID cards with Certificate Center

Manage and organize client and vendor files

Assemble and distribute various reports and other client-specific documentation

Order loss runs from carriers for review, evaluation and distribution

Send underwriting submissions to placement brokers and handle initial follow-up

May participate in client presentations

Daily assistance with service deliverables i.e. spreadsheets, file maintenance, Carrier websites, etc.


Job Requirements

Prior insurance industry experience preferred

Prooficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook

Strong Analytical skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines

Effective communication skills in a team setting
