Job Description

Responsible for processing Service Requests and other operational functions for the Market/Complex. Works closely with the Market/Complex Operations Manager to ensure that all operational functions within the Market/Complex are being properly executed. Acts as a point of contact for operational and Service Request inquiries from associates in the Market/Complex. Assists in resolving client inquiries. A senior operations position in a market reporting to a Market/Complex Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

* Basic Qualifications:
Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) licenses required; 3+ years financial services operations experience.

* Minimum Qualifications:
Client Service oriented; detail oriented and ability to multi-task; good written and verbal communication skills. FINRA Series 99 registration required or you must obtain Series 99 within 120 days of hire through qualifying registration or successful completion of qualifying exam.
