Manufacturing Manager

Pay Type: Salary (Based on experience)
Location: Lubbock TX

Responsibilities:
 

• Manage all manufacturing / production processes.
• Supervise CNC Supervisors and production staff.
• Ensure that all manufactured components are produced efficiently and up to client / company standards.
• Ensure quality standards are being met throughout manufacturing process.
• Manage and recommend improvements to help reduce costs and inefficiencies.
• Provide leadership, development, and training as required.
• Manage all equipment preventative maintenance activities and requirements.
• Ensure a safe work environment by meeting safety guidelines.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Associates degree or greater or equivalent experience. 
• Knowledge of FANUC and MAZATROL controls.
• Programming experience required.
• Must be able to troubleshoot G-Code.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a machined component manufacturing facility. 
• Minimum of 2 years Supervisor experience in a larger machine shop facility.
• Familiar with ISO 9000 standards.
• Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment preferred.
