Job Description

Position Summary

As a Pharmacy Specialty Mail Representative this employee will take inbound and outbound calls to complete the required drug assessment with patients and follow up for a 6 month time period.

Required Qualifications

1 year professional work experience preferred, involving inbound and/or outbound phone contact. The role requires the ability to communicate clearly, work in team environment and document information on a multi-screen computer application with extreme attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to use basic computer applications and typing skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

One year professional work experience in a healthcare related field is strongly preferred. Previous telephone customer service and pharmacy experience preferred.

Education

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
