We are seeking a talented, knowledgeable individual to serve as the MidAmerica Division Supply Chain CFO for multi-market healthcare network covering hospitals in Kansas, Missouri Louisiana and Mississippi. Position will be based in Shawnee, KS. Some travel may be required.GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES - The CFO provides overall leadership of the finance functions to ensure effective and efficient service to the operating groups & other customers. Overall responsibilities include development and oversight of strategic plans, financial programs, service level agreements, budgets, financial systems/processes and internal controls. This includes managing and interpreting financial & operational data to measure performance & identify improvement opportunities as well as preparing monthly financial close and management reports to be submitted to facility leadership and overseeing the capital management, budget and allocation processes.

Job Requirements

EDUCATIONBachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. Masters Degree preferred.EXPERIENCEThe ideal candidate should have: At least 5 years accounting experience with a minimum of 2 years in financial management; preferably in senior role with a large healthcare organization. Strong leadership ability in managing resources, building strong work relationships and driving service, quality and results. Proven organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Skill in tactical execution &the development, deployment and direction of complex programs and processes. Experience in areas of business transformation, finance re-engineering, shared services, change management and project management is a plus.
