Description:
The successful Clinic Manager candidate will be part ofa team dedicated to improving the delivery and quality of health care that is patient-centered, safe and effective in a fast-paced environment. This person will provide the facility staff with the necessary resources needed to meet the needs of our patients. The Clinic Manager will also be the one who will help motivate and train the staff to be efficient so they can as a team work together to meet their financial objectives of the practice and be a successful practice.
Primary responsibilities:
Manages the day to day operations of the clinic.
Creates a positive atmosphere to provide the best experience possible for both our employees and our patients in the clinic.
Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the clinic.
Schedules front and back office.
Promotes the provision of cost-effective, high-quality health care services to patients.
Cooperates with medical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Reviews operational problems/policies and recommends solutions and change to the Clinical Process Lead.
Monitors medications, vaccines, supplies, and place appropriate orders when needed.
Develops and enhances connections with local community, building awareness and assisting in marketing the clinics out in the community.
Reconcile and deposit payments received in the clinic.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of clinic operations experience required.
Proficient in MS Office required.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience highly preferred.
Coding and billing experience highly preferred.
Medical assistant and x-ray experience highly preferred.
Knowledge of office management and financial analysis required.
Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Takes initiative, creative, has problem solving ability, is adaptable, and flexible.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Successful candidate must submit to TB testing and vaccinations required by company policy.
