Job Description

STEMCO Inc., an EnPro Industries company and a leader in the commercial vehicle manufacturing industry, seeks Territory Sales Representatives to drive revenue in 1 of our 7 open territories: Memphis, TN; Oklahoma & Kansas; Salt Lake City UT; Phoenix, AZ; Pittsburg, PA; Richmond, VA or Baltimore, MD! This is a remote employment opportunity.

 

We offer our Territory Sales Reps:

• Base salary between $50,000-$90,000 depending on location plus commission and bonuses - potential for 6 figure total annual income

Territory Sales Rep Responsibilities:

• Successfully sell all STEMCO products and consistently exceeds performance expectations
• Continually grow the STEMCO sales penetration and opportunities within the assigned territory by implementing STEMCO pull marketing systems
• Regularly make sales calls to existing and potential customers within assigned territory
• Promote and sell STEMCO products by uncovering customer needs and applying best product solution, and performing product demonstrations and training clinics to show how our products satisfy those requirements
• Build and support existing relationships with distributors and customers, follow-up to ensure needs and expectations have been met
• Provide training to distributors and end user customers on STEMCO products
• Work with Distributor / Dealer, sales personnel and management to add support to all STEMCO brands, and grow market share
• Utilize STEMCO selling tools to promote sales, maintains and updates data in CRM & BI management tools
• Travel extensively to complete job duties

Job Requirements

• High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-4 years of outside sales experience in the heavy-duty trucking, automotive and/or OEM industries
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for required company travel
