Gunter Construction Company (Kansas City, KS) is looking for a full-time Superintendent.Required skills- Must have minimum of 5 years experience as a Field Superintendent in Heavy Highway/Street Rehab, Utility, Dirt work, & Concrete Work projects-Ability to read drawings, layout work from drawings-Ability to schedule, supervise, and direct Subcontractors & field laborers.-Ability to multi-task without impacting attention to detail or quality of the final product.-Good Leadership skills, Communication (oral and written), and Inter-personal skills.-Self-starter and ability to make decisions independently.-Ability to Establish and set priorities. -Ability to interact with subcontractors and personnel on job site.Job description-Supervise and direct Subcontractors and field laborers-Oversees project schedule to ensure deadlines are met; monitors productivity and schedule performance; resolves schedule issues.-Monitors and manages all aspects of costs related to projects including budgeting -Promotes the highest level of professionalism and ethics-Good pay and Benefits.Other-Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel, Microsoft Project skills a plus.Link: www.Gunterkc.com
