Provide service and support for existing Treasury management clients. Coordinate onboarding and training for new clients.
Job Requirements
Provide service and support of existing clients
Answer and address client phone inquiries and emails for assistance, research, etc.
Troubleshoot product issues (remote deposit, positive pay, online banking and portal)
Prepare all agreements and monitor setup process
Onboarding and training for new clients
Onboard new customers, working closely with sales representatives
Set up new services for existing clients
Work closely with deposit operations and treasury management sales representative to ensure smooth and efficient banking transitions for our new clients
Maintain treasury client data within Salesforce
Complete all client relationship reviews
Utilize client contacts for assistance as an opportunity to cross-sale additional services
Serve as backup lockbox processor filling in on an as-needed basis
Performs other duties as required.
