Job Classification: Contract Payless IT is currently seeking a Project Manager (PM) to manage a project to replace their current eComm Platform. Payless is in final negotiations with the final contenders of an RFP to complete the selection of the new platform. Key to this effort is the selection and management of a Systems Integrator (SI) who will assist Payless IT in the deployment of this SaaS eComm platform solution.The Project Manager is responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and delivery of large/cross-functional projects. Balances priorities of multiple projects ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
