OPERATIONS MANAGER - Air Compressors

Kaeser Compressors, Inc., one of the largest and most successful suppliers of compressed air systems, is seeking an Operations Manager for our Kansas Branch.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:
Supervising Branch personnel with the exception of Branch Manager and Sales Staff
Managing and monitoring credit, purchasing and collection procedures for the branch
Developing and implementing the required programs to effect the operation of a professional and profitable Service and Parts Department
Learning and applying SAP procedures

Requirements:
High School Diploma (Required); College degree preferred
Supervisory experience in an industrial environment
In-depth, working knowledge of Operations Management
Excellent communication (both verbal & written) and phone skills
Proficiency in MS Office products (REQUIRED)
A good driving record (REQUIRED)
SAP experience (Preferred)
