POSITION SUMMARY:
A Conventional Batch operator operates the machinery that makes margarine and spreads. This includes trouble shooting problems with the equipment, basic repair, doing changeovers, sanitizing the equipment, and utilizing TPM/WCM methods of continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must read production schedule, and prepare machinery for start-up. Make adjustments on machinery and clear jams on machinery as required. Use pallet jack to move materials. Load packaging on casepacker and processing equipment. Shut-down sanitize machinery. Employee works closely with the other operator on their line to attain daily production goals. Troubleshoot equipment when problems occur and make simple repairs. Perform required operator preventative maintenance and lubrication of machinery. Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. repeatedly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED Required. Training in a related technical field is a plus (i.e. industrial manufacturing, general maintenance, etc.)

Knowledge and skills to perform this job must be acquired through the manufacturing experience.

This is an entry level position where the employee will be trained on our specific machinery but previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Mechanical ability and experience using hand tools is preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are preferred.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Support the development, management and the end to end delivery of financial services marketing programs and advertising in support of business priorities. 
    • Support the development of financial services marketing plans for recommended programs; programs should reflect a unique and innovative marketing position to engage and increase relevance/recognition in the marketplace.
    • Works closely with the Director in developing the annual marketing budget and coordinates the management of the overall budget.
    • Work with cross functional teams to ensure effective end-to-end execution of all marketing and complimentary activities, on time and within budget.
    • Coordinates the creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials.
    • Coordinates advertising schedules and placement.
    • Reviews specification sheets, obtains and prepares bids, and acts as liaison with vendors in such areas as delivering marketing material, scheduling proofs, and meetings.
    • Compiles and produces sales and marketing reports.
    • Other duties as assigned.
