Human Resources Manager Full-time. Qualifications include 3-5 years management experience, a BA/BS in Human Resources or related field & 5+ years of HR generalist experience. PHR is preferred, but not required. Strong background in benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compensation management and employee recruitment. Experience with the design, implementation and enforcement of policies/ procedures also required. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various levels and functions within the organization, listening, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
