Sterling Point Financial has an immediate opening for a Loan Service Rep at our Corporate Office located in Overland Park, KS!This position will involve making inbound and outbound calls for QC Holdings, manually on collection of past due loan accounts in all stages of delinquency. We are seeking individuals who are self motivated with great interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism. Plus Bonus Potential!

Job Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent,some college or higher education preferred.
• Collections or customer service experience in a call center environment is required.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Experience in Loan collections preferred.
