Customer Liaison with Good PC Skills

Temp position through January if not longer!

Large Overland Park employer is looking for an above average customer care temp to work 8 hours a day mid September through January if not longer.

This position acts the single point of customer, broker and sales contact for the day to day order management information and problem solving. The primary liaison between the customer and supply chain. Will validate pricing information to include working with assigned customers and sales to ensure all of invoicing pricing, freight modes, misc. charges are confirmed before creation of the order. Perform all duties relating to their processing of customer orders through phone, fax, email and EDI.

To perform this job the individual should be PC proficient and have a strong practical skill level of MS Office Suite. Peoplesoft/JD Edwards E1 ERP system experience an asset.
