How would you like to be in a Marketing Leadership role in which you:

  • Manage strategic planning, development and execution of the specified product lines from concept to commercialization through the entire product lifecycle, utilizing our clients product development process. 
  • Manage profit and sales goals for the specified product lines.  
  • Are accountable for the development of a motivated staff and their roles and responsibilities related to the marketing plan.

YOUR MARKETING LEADER - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement and review comprehensive plans to include long and short term objectives, program plans, budgets, sales volume and profit projections.
  • Develop marketing strategies, commercialization plans to ensure successful product launches, and specific annual marketing programs.
  • Develop and implement 3-year product strategies for each product line.
  • Review performance against operating plans and standards. 
  • Ensure pricing strategy and gross margin strategy consistent with Company goals and objectives.
  • Work with the sales and marketing staff to evaluate and identify new and innovative products, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop a cohesive team. 
  • Ensure a consistent flow of new products and the maintenance and control of existing products.

Job Requirements

YOUR MARKETING LEADER BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • Polished, self-confident leader with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Strategic planner who understands the difference between strategic and tactical.
  • Knowledge and experience in new product development to include offshore sourced goods, planning, design and execution.
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic leader and a team builder who relates to people at all levels within an organization
  • Analytical skills, that will allow you to use various computer-based analytical tools, databases and spreadsheets.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of energy, creativity, and curiosity.
  • Seven years of experience marketing consumer products to the retail industry, background with the automotive aftermarket preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in marketing or management.  MBA preferred.
