We currently have an opening for a Staff Development Coordinator. Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Training and Staff Development, the Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating an organized program for staff orientation/education, skills and professional development, directed toward the achievement of talent retention, skills enhancement and professional excellence.

Job Requirements

* Bachelors Degree in Education, Human Resources or Personnel Management required; Masters degree preferred
* 2+ years in training, mentoring/coaching and/or staff development programs required
