Position Title: Engineer Developer II

Scope of Work:

Create and develop advanced web-based applications using technologies such as Perl, PHP, ColdFusion, MySQL and other SQL databases. Must have strong fundamental understanding of data structures and SQL optimization. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Must be a US citizen due to security requirements. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Professional certification desired. Minimum 3 years experience developing automation tools in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Perl and PHP, and ColdFusion development.
3 years web front-end development experience; HTML, CSS, Javascript, and graphical design.
3 years web back-end development experience; Python and REST based API development.
2 years database management experience; Mongodb preferred.
2 years Android and/or Java development; mobile application development preferred.
optional: systems administration and development operations experience.
