Our client, a national commercial management firm has an immediate need for a Commercial Building Maintenance Engineer:

• Taking care of all maintenance aspects of a medical office building. 
• Responsible for executing work orders in a timely manner. 
• Service boilers and chillers
• Minor plumbing and electrical work as required. 
• Other related duties

 

Job Requirements

• Experience in chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and heat pumps. 
• Must have a strong foundation in electrical and plumbing. 
• Must have leadership skills and be able to express themselves well both written and verbally. 
• Must own and be able to safely operate power and hand tools. 
• Must have strong customer relation skills and present a professional, positive and helpful attitude.
