Accountabilities:
- Receive inbound sales calls via phone, mail, and fax.
- Use strong selling and influencing skills to achieve or exceed revenue targets, retention, accuracy and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure that every customer interaction reinforces the Deluxe brand by providing a seamless order expereince and communicating appreciation for the customers business.
- Achieve monthly sales goals by utilizing sales/call management skills.
- Consistently educates customer on imporvements and new opportunities for their business needs.
- Asks for sales and consistently resolves customer stated and unstated needs.
- Consistent use of current sales approach and questioning techniques with each product or service offered.
- Provide appropriate responses on pricing and identify/help overcome pricing objections.
- Consistently provides current customer experience expectations on every customer interaction.
- Utilize customer fulfillment process and tools (computer monitor, keyboard, printer, software, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate translation of customer transactions; including pricing products, initiating proofs, coordination with image center, releasing orders to manufacturing, and following through with the customer.
- Work with functional experts to fulfill customerss orders when needed (i.e. image center, manufacturing plant, etc.).
- Implements coaching/feedback and takes action to make changes as appropriate.
- Adherence to service compliance requirements.

Long-Term Start Times: will vary between 9:30am-10:30am, Full Time = 32-40 Hours per week.

Shifts may be flexible and hours will flex up and down per business needs.

Start Date: September 30

Required:

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year Customer Service and/or Sales experience (Retail/Restaurant)

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience working on a PC, accurate keyboarding skills (25+wpm).
- Administative detail and organizational skills to achieve accuracy goals.
- Thrives in a competitive teamwork environment.
- Ability to handle change, multiple demands, ambiguity, and shifting priorities.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time while communicating over the telephone.
