SOCIAL SERVICES Part-Time Outreach Case Manager Catholic Charities is seeking an Outreach Case Manager to serve individuals in the Wellington/ Sumner County area. Under general direction from the Director of Family Stabilization Services, the Case Manager will provide social service case management and referrals, emergency financial assistance, parenting and financial literacy classes to assist clients to stabilize the crisis and attain self-sufficiency. Case Management experience required, and a minimum of three years experience working with individuals in poverty. Application Deadline is Friday, September 6, 2013. This position is contingent on Grant Funding. Direct Care, CNA: FT Adult Day Services is seeking an energetic, client centered staff member to support seniors and adults with disabilities in a day setting focused on recreational and community based programming. Day time hours offered. A minimum of one year experience working with seniors and/or adults with disabilities required. CNA required, basic computer skills needed. Applications will be accepted until this position is filled. VA SSVF Case Manager Catholic Charities is seeking a FT Case Manager to provide case management services to Veterans as defined under the VA SSVF Program. Responsible for assessments, conducting housing searches, landlord mediation, provid- ing community referrals and budgeting. Case Manager will travel outside of Wichita to rural areas.
